Investment Criteria

The fund has a flexible approach to deployment of capital, but its investments will usually fit within the following parameters:

• €3m - €20m equity investments
• Significant minority positions, board representation
• 5-6 year investment horizon

 

The fund does:

• Invest in project developers as well as technology
• Commercialise technologies after proof of concept
• Have broad return targets
• Have a flexible approach to how we structure capital
• Co-invest with other funds

 

The fund does not:

• Invest in large infrastructure/utility projects
• Invest in One-off projects
• Invest in Pre-IPO funding
